Ecclesiastes 7; 2 - 4

It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart.

Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.

The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth.

it always comes in three's i hear and that seems very true. it has been a sad month. being the good catholic son that i am i always read the prayer for the dying when death is around me. the thing is im not even sure what religion i believe in or want to fallow. i guess their is good to be found in all of them. to believe in something higher is a good feeling and i guess it is all that matters.

Hmm...

i actually forgot what this place was called. i was thinking and thinking and for the life of me i couldn't remember xanga. crazy!

so i guess it's been a year or something since i actually looked at this site. i think i might start using it again. myspace and facebook are getting boring. after everyone left xanga for myspace it was kind of cool. you could listen to music and check out bands on myspace. plus it was similar to xanga in that you could blog about shit and leave messages for friends. now everyone has switched to facebook though and i think it is kind of lame. everyone plays games and joins stupid groups and stuff. i mean i enjoy a good game of scabulous too but i miss the days of actually reading what people are doing or what they have to say. once again my generation has gone from actually doing and saying something to playing video games. lame

i just realized tonight how great these lyrics are, i dont know i like weird stuff i guess....anyhow here they are

stack shot billy - the black keys

Stack shot Billy in the back of the head
Stack made sure Billy Lyons was dead
.45 pistol down in Stack's right hand
sent him away to the promised land

Stack shot Billy .45
Billy laid down and died

Stack Lee had himself an evil brain
loved his gun and his sweet cocaine
but Stack got quiet when shadows fell
cause he knew soon enough he'd burn in hell

such great blues lyrics...who would have guessed they were written by a white guy

*peace
